Job Overview:

We are hiring a performance-focused Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead digital initiatives that drive leads, enhance brand positioning, and deliver tangible business impact. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with multi-channel expertise and the ability to manage campaigns end-to-end with a solid focus on ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand growth.
Manage and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media platforms.
Oversee content marketing initiatives including blogs, case studies, website updates, and email campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and continuously optimize strategies to improve ROI.
Conduct industry research and competitor analysis to identify trends and implement current strategies.




Manage client onboarding and ensure smooth execution of end-to-end digital marketing activities.
Develop and implement monthly growth plans for clients and internal projects.
Handle website management and coordination for website development (including WordPress and basic HTML understanding).
Coordinate with internal teams including graphic designers, video editors, and external stakeholders such as influencers.
Manage and optimize the use of digital marketing tools and internal agency tools.
Ensure effective communication and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders at all levels.
Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and deliverables efficiently.
Manage WhatsApp API automation and execute end-to-end webinar operations including setup, communication, and performance tracking.
Provide leadership and guidance to the digital marketing team (prior team handling experience is an advantage).
