Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day Finance & Accounts operations of the dealership.
Handle accounting for vehicle sales, service, bodyshop and spare parts.
Monitor receivables, payables, cash flow and bank reconciliation.
Prepare monthly MIS, profitability and management reports.
Reconcile OEM statements, incentives, schemes and warranty claims.
Monitor spare parts inventory, ageing and stock reconciliation.
Ensure timely GST, TDS, statutory compliance and audit coordination.
Monitor dealership expenses, margins and working capital.
Strengthen internal controls and identify financial leakages.
