Experience in concept design, Prototypes and analytical problem‑solving.
Experience in Product Innovation is an added advantage
Good Team player with positive communication skills.
Exposure on Seatbelt Design and Development will be an added advantage.
Exposure to GD&T;, Stack up analysis, DFM.
Experience in Production Plant is added advantage.
Hands-on experience in PLM.

Design the Plastic /Sheetmetal Parts as per project requirement.
Innovate, Design, Develop & Support Seatbelt Projects.
Prepare the 3D Cad & 2D drawings as per manufacturing standards.
Prepare technical reports, design documentation & methodologies
Guide & support the team in technical activities
Effectively communicate with counterparts, CFT or customers
Execute the project to meet milestones, timelines & quality targets.

Role Requirements :
Adherence to safety standards & ALV standards
Should be able to mentor peers and manage the Team.
Should be familiar with Product development life cycle and quality standards.
