Your role.
Your Work Will Include, But Not Be Limited To
Reviewing tax returns for multiple business types, including partnerships (Form 1065), C- corporations (Form 1120), and S-corporations (Form 1120-S).
Reviewing international tax forms and their applicability (Form 926, Form 5471, Form 5472, etc)
Supervise engagements and assume full responsibility for tax compliance engagements.
Participating as an integral member of client engagements teams from the beginning to end - including planning, executing, and completing tax projects.
Develop, coordinate, and supervise projects of tax staff and senior.
Performing tax research and preparing a technical memorandum
Analyzing ideas and strategies to deliver tax savings opportunities to clients
Build and maintain client relationships and proactively interact to gather information,



resolve tax-related issues, and make recommendations for business and process improvements
Demonstrated experience with people management is integral to this role, including coaching and developing team members, resolving conflicts, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a cooperative workplace that supports professional growth and high performance.
Strong technical skills specifically with public accounting with a focus in taxes for real estate companies, private equity companies, partnerships, corporations, and/or LLCs

The Qualifications
6+ years of recent experience in public accounting
Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
CA and/or CPA is a must.
