About the Role

We are looking for a driven, client-focused Real Estate Consultant to lead sales of premium residential and investment properties in Gandhinagar. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the local market, an established network, and a consistent track record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell residential, luxury, and investment properties across Gandhinagar
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
Build and maintain relationships with investors, HNIs, builders, developers, and channel partners
Negotiate and close property transactions efficiently




Stay updated on real estate market trends and pricing across Gandhinagar
Ensure complete documentation and compliance throughout the sales process
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements
Based in Gandhinagar, with robust knowledge of the local real estate market
Proven experience in residential or investment property sales in Gandhinagar
Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with HNIs, NRIs, investors, and corporate clients
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
Robust negotiation and relationship-management skills

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or property consulting (candidates with less experience but a robust sales track record are welcome to apply)
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Own vehicle and willingness to travel for client meetings and site
