Job Summary

Musks & Fragrance is looking for a Female Sales Coordinator to support our sales and indenting operations in the Aroma & Essential Oils business.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, preparing indents, maintaining sales reports, handling documentation, and providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and team regarding orders and requirements.
Prepare and process Indents & Purchase order accurately and on time.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports in MS Excel.
Prepare quotations, order summaries, sales statements, and other sales-related documents.
Handle sales-related documentation and record keeping.
Maintain and update customer and product records.
Prepare skilled presentations using MS PowerPoint.
Use MS Word for letters, reports, and business documentation.
Follow up on pending orders,



deliveries, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers for smooth order processing.
Maintain proper filing of sales documents and records.
Provide regular updates and reports to the sales team/management.

Required Skills
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to prepare and maintain sales reports.
Good knowledge of documentation and data entry.
Ability to prepare indents and order-related documents.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of the Aroma & Essential Oils industry will be an advantage.

Candidate Requirements
Female candidate.
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
Previous experience in sales coordination, sales support, documentation, or indenting will be preferred.
