InnovativeBIZ Technologies Pvt. ltd. is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our digital presence across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media, creative designing, digital advertising.
Develop and execute engaging social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
Create high-quality content, including captions, graphics, reels, and short-form videos.
Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions, ensuring timely responses.
Track social media performance using analytics and generate reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
Track competitors and identify new opportunities for brand growth.

Requirements:
1+ years of experience in Social Media Management.




Experience managing multiple client accounts across different industries.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
Practical understanding of *Meta Ads and Google Ads, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar social media tools is an added advantage.
Robust knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other social media platforms.
Strong analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Basic video editing skills are a plus.
