About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple FLAX outlets and ensure smooth coordination with the Central Kitchen.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in multi-outlet F&B;/QSR operations, team handling, SOP implementation, inventory control, customer experience, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations across assigned FLAX outlets.
Ensure smooth coordination between outlets and Central Kitchen.
Monitor outlet sales, productivity, customer ratings, service standards, and operational KPIs.
Ensure strict adherence to FLAX SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Conduct regular outlet visits and operational audits.
Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
Manage outlet manpower, attendance, productivity, and performance.
Train and develop Outlet Managers and operational teams.
Monitor inventory, stock availability, wastage, and food cost.




Coordinate with Procurement and Central Kitchen teams for timely stock and dispatches.
Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Support new outlet openings and operational setup.
Drive cost control and process improvement across assigned outlets.

Candidate Profile

Must Have:
5–8 years of experience in F&B;, QSR, cloud kitchen, restaurant, or similar operations.
