Role: Business Finance Manager

We are looking for a
Business Finance Manager
to join our team on a
full time, in office basis in Bengaluru
. The role will play an key part in strengthening our financial planning, reporting and compliance functions and supporting management in strategic decision-making.

The candidate will work closely with the
management and cross-functional teams
to drive financial discipline,



improve business visibility and ensure that financial activities are aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead
financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
Prepare MIS, management reports and financial analysis
Drive monthly/quarterly financial reporting
and business performance reviews
Support
investor reporting, MIS and documentation
Monitor cash flow, working capital and business performance
Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions
Ensure financial, statutory and regulatory compliance
Work closely with business, operations and leadership teams on financial planning
Develop and monitor financial KPIs and performance metrics
Support process improvement and strengthen financial controls as the company scales

What We’re Looking For
3–6 years of relevant experience
in Business Finance, FP&A;, Financial Reporting or similar roles
Strong knowledge of
financial planning, budgeting and financial statement
