Position Overview





Mighty Machines is looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead and manage its manufacturing operations at the Peenya plant.

The ideal candidate will be a strong Production & Manufacturing Operations qualified with hands-on experience in precision engineering, CNC machining, heavy engineering, machining of forged/cast components and industrial production settings.

The Plant Head will be responsible for the overall performance of the plant, including:
Production
Productivity
Quality
Delivery
Capacity utilization
Machine utilization
Manpower productivity
Maintenance coordination
Process improvement
Cost control
Safety
Inventory coordination
Customer delivery commitments
Continuous improvement

The candidate must be capable of managing a shop-floor-driven manufacturing setting and translating customer requirements and production plans into measurable plant-level execution.
