About the Job:

We are seeking a Senior Executive - Accounts to master our month-end closing, and drive precision in Balance Sheet reconciliations. Beyond the numbers, you’ll play a key role in streamlining statutory audits and maintaining robust SOPs to ensure operational excellence. Location/ Hours:

Location: Bhayander, Mumbai
Shift: 11:00 AM to 8:00PM
Weekend offs: Saturday and Sunday

Job Responsibilities / Expectations:
General Ledger (GL) Management & Review
Month-end Closing: Oversee the financial close process, ensuring all accruals, prepayments, and provisions are accurately recorded.
Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Conduct monthly reviews of all GL codes, ensuring no "stale" items remain in suspense or clearing accounts.
Inter-company Accounting: Reconcile transactions between the Indian entity and foreign parent/subsidiaries.
Statutory & Tax Compliance
Direct Tax: Manage timely payment and filing of TDS (Monthly) and TCS.



Ensure quarterly TDS returns (24Q, 26Q) are error-free.
Indirect Tax (GST): Review GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filings. Perform monthly GSTR-2A/2B reconciliations to ensure maximum Input Tax Credit (ITC) claim.
Income Tax: Assist in Tax Audits (Form 3CD) and provide data for Annual Information Statements (AIS).
Regulatory Filings: Liaise with CS on MCA filings (AOC-4, MGT-7) and
FEMA compliances – ensure compliance with FEMA (STPI/ Softex & EDPMS)
Audit & Internal Controls
Statutory Audit: Assist finance manager to ensure the timely completion of the annual audit.
Process Documentation: Assist management to maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the finance department.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: M.Com/ B.Com
Experience: 5–8 years of experience
Tech Stack: Proficiency in TallyPrime (mandatory requirement)
Soft Skills: High attention to detail and the abil
