Position: QC / RMA Executive

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy candidate to join our QC/RMA team. The ideal candidate should have sound computer knowledge, good analytical skills, and the ability to handle quality inspection and RMA processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Check (QC)

* Perform quality checks on devices/products as per defined standards.

* Identify and report defects or quality issues.

* Maintain accurate QC records and reports.

* Ensure compliance with company quality guidelines.

* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve quality-related issues.

* Operate computer systems for data entry, reporting, and tracking.

Eligibility

Minimum 12th Pass*.

* Experience in QC, RMA, Electronics, Mobile Repair, or Service Center operations is preferred.

* Freshers with solid technical aptitude may also be considered for QC roles.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
