Interview Scheduling
Email Templates
Business Rules
Recruiting Workflows
Experience with Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
Strong knowledge of Recruitment lifecycle and Talent Acquisition processes.
Experience integrating RCM with Employee Central (EC), Onboarding, and other SuccessFactors modules.
Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Provisioning activities (preferred).
Robust understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Metadata Framework (MDF).
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center and APIs is an added advantage.
Knowledge of IAS/IPS and Single Sign-On (SSO) is preferred.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors quarterly release management.
Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
