Role & responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Inspect construction works to ensure adherence to quality standards, project specifications, and applicable codes.
Monitor site progress against approved construction schedules.
Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals for site implementation.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and project stakeholders.
Ensure construction activities are carried out in compliance with project HSE requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare snag/punch lists.

Preferred candidate profile
BE Civil Engineer with 7+ years experience or Diploma Civil Engineer with 10+ years experience
High-rise residential/commercial building construction experience.
Knowledge of RCC, structural works, finishing works, and construction methodologies.
Familiarity with IS Codes, NBC, and local building regulations.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Solid coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
