Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and job specifications for Sales positions.
Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, databases, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on the job requirements.
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' communication skills, experience, and suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.




Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a strong candidate database and qualified network.
Achieve assigned recruitment targets and contribute to team goals.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in Sales / Business Development.
Candidates from Banking, Insurance, or Real Estate industries will be preferred.
Candidates interested in transitioning their career from Sales to HR / Recruitment are welcome to apply.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Willingness to work from the office in Navi Mumbai.
