Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging lessons in business, entrepreneurship, and related subjects.
Create lesson plans, course materials, projects, and assessments aligned with the curriculum.
Teach topics such as business models, marketing, finance, startups, innovation, leadership, and problem-solving.
Mentor and guide students through practical business projects and business plan development.
Incorporate real-world case studies, current trends, and guest lectures from entrepreneurs or industry professionals.
Encourage students to think critically, take initiative, and develop entrepreneurial mindsets.
Evaluate student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Organize business fairs, pitch competitions, or startup incubator programs.
Collaborate with faculty and administration for curriculum development and continuous improvement.
Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive learning environment.

Qualifications




Master’s degree in Commerce
Experience 2 - 4 year in teaching experience.
Mandatory experience in IB and IGCSE
Solid knowledge of business concepts, entrepreneurship frameworks, and current market trends.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage students through cutting-edge teaching methods and technology.
