Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner BFSI

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and agile HR skilled to join our team as a Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities while also partnering with business teams on key HR and employee-related matters.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Talent Acquisition along with hands-on experience in HR Business Partnering, preferably within the BFSI / Financial Services industry.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements through candidate onboarding.
Work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define suitable hiring strategies.
Source and identify candidates through job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, internal databases, and other channels.
Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.




Coordinate interviews and selection processes with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
Manage candidate engagement, offer discussions, salary negotiations, and offer closures.
Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hire.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future business requirements.
Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and regular hiring reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

HR Business Partnering
Partner with business leaders and managers to understand people-related requirements and provide effective HR support.
Act as a key HR point of contact for assigned business teams.
Support various stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, internal movements, and separation.
Provide guidance to managers on employee relations and people-related matters.
