About the Role

We’re looking for an E-Commerce Manager who understands how online marketplaces work and can take care of our day-to-day e-commerce operations. The person should be comfortable working on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces.

What You’ll Be Doing
Manage our daily operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms.
Create and update product listings, prices, images, and product information.
Keep track of orders, returns, cancellations, inventory, and sales.
Monitor marketplace performance and work on improving sales.
Manage and monitor marketplace advertising campaigns.
Check account health, ratings, reviews, and other important marketplace metrics.
Coordinate with the warehouse and customer support teams to ensure orders are processed smoothly.
Handle marketplace issues, seller support tickets, claims, and other platform-related problems.
Prepare basic sales and performance reports.




Keep an eye on competitors, pricing, and marketplace trends.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho is required.
Experience with other platforms such as Myntra, Ajio, Blinkit, Zepto, Nykaa, etc. will be a plus.
Good knowledge of e-commerce operations, listings, inventory, orders, returns, and advertising.
Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Someone who can take ownership of their work and manage tasks independently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
