Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases.
Explain insurance products, policy perks, coverage, premiums, and key features to customers.
Identify customer requirements and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Follow up with prospective customers through calls and other approved communication channels.
Schedule appointments for sales executives or insurance advisors.
Maintain regular follow-ups to improve lead conversion.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, banking, financial services, or insurance preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
