Position Overview

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Enterprise & GCC Sales Executive to drive recent business growth, strategic account acquisition, and revenue expansion across large enterprises and Global Capability Centers (GCCs). The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of selling technology, digital transformation, IT services, consulting, SaaS, or related enterprise solutions to CXO and senior decision-makers.

This role requires a consultative, outcome-oriented sales professional who can build relationships at the executive level, identify complex business prospects, manage long enterprise sales cycles, and close high-value strategic deals.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise & GCC Business Development: Identify, qualify, and acquire current enterprise and GCC accounts.
Sales & Revenue Ownership: Own the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting through closure and account expansion. Achieve and exceed assigned revenue, booking, gross-margin, and new-logo targets.
Consultative & Solution Selling:



Understand customer business problems and translate them into measurable business outcomes.
GCC-Focused Sales: Identify organizations establishing, expanding, transforming, or modernizing their GCCs.
Account Management & Expansion: Develop strategic account plans for key enterprise customers.
Pipeline & Sales Operations: Maintain a healthy pipeline covering short-, medium-, and long-term opportunities.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Monitor enterprise technology spending, GCC expansion, digital transformation trends, and industry developments.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with delivery, consulting, pre-sales, marketing, finance, legal, recruitment, and leadership teams.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
MBA or equivalent business qualification is preferred.
