About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and people-focused HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations while helping us build a positive, connected workplace culture. The role covers recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, training, performance coordination, and general office support.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee exits.

* Maintain HR records, attendance, leaves, policies, and documentation.

* Coordinate payroll inputs and resolve employee HR queries.

* Plan employee engagement activities, festivals, celebrations, and office events.

* Coordinate performance reviews and employee development initiatives.

* Organize soft-skills, spoken English, AI, and other training programs.

* Support vendor coordination and general office administration.

* Work closely with management and employees to maintain a positive workplace culture.

Candidate Profile

* Experience: 35 years in HR Generalist / HR Operations

* Education: Bachelor's Degree; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

* Proactive, responsible and comfortable taking ownership

Able to handle HR as well as additional office coordination work

Gujarati language is mandatory

Valuable communication in English and Hindi

Candidates currently based in Mumbai are preferred
