As a BESS Expert - Dy Manager/Manager, you will be working in Renewable Energy Group under the project manager for the initial few period prior to work independently as the project manager.
Designing and detailed engineering of Electrical and control systems aspect of ESS solutions.
Sizing and Battery capacity finalization as per the requirement of various global tenders.
Design and integrate BESS systems for utility scale (stand-alone), micro-grids and solar hybrid BESS systems including large building, containerized, and modular systems (both DC and AC coupled).
SPOC for BESS related technical discussion with various Global developers and Vendors
Preparation of technical specifications
Designing of Electrical panels, Cable sizing, Busbar sizing, Switchgear selection etc.
Integration of Battery packs, hardware, and its software part




Must have basic knowledge of solar and wind power plant designing concepts
Basic understanding of energy yield concepts of solar and wind plants using simulation software such as PV SYST/ Windpro etc
Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, power point presentation,
Experience with data analytic software such as Power BI, Tableu etc although not essential but preferable
Creating documents, writing reports according to specifications
Solid analytical and mathematical skills.
Time management and professionalism.
