Responsible for making and receiving calls, communicating with customers or prospective clients, providing information about services, generating leads, and maintaining regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.

-Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries professionally.
Explain products/services and provide accurate information.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales/management team.
Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required.

Required Skills:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Hindi and English speaking ability preferred.
Basic computer knowledge.
Confident and polite telephone manner.
Ability to meet targets and work independently.
Previous tele calling/customer-service experience is an advantage.

Working location : - IT Park Chandigarh

Salary : - Starting from 18K and depending on experience

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
