We are looking for an experienced and highly target-driven Visa Counsellor / Immigration Sales Expert who has a proven track record of converting immigration leads into successful clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of immigration products, excellent communication skills, and a demonstrated history of achieving sales targets in the immigration/visa consultancy industry.

Key Responsibilities
Handle and convert inbound immigration and visa leads into clients.
Conduct profile assessments and understand clients’ immigration goals.
Counsel clients regarding suitable visa and immigration pathways.
Explain eligibility, documentation, timelines, fees, and processes clearly.
Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
Build trust and long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across different visa categories.




Maintain accurate lead and sales records in CRM/software.
Work closely with the processing team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Participate in sales meetings, campaigns and lead-generation activities.
Stay updated with changes in immigration policies and visa programs.

Required Skills & Experience
Proven sales experience in immigration/visa consultancy is highly preferred.
Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Robust knowledge of immigration products such as Australia, Canada, UK, USA, Current Zealand or other major destinations.
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Solid follow-up and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented, confident and self-motivated personality.
Ability to work under sales pressure and meet deadlines.
