Qualifications
Strong Software Development skills in .NET/C#, JavaScript, and related technologies used for customizing Dynamics 365 CRM.
Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) concepts and experience configuring and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Experience with Integration technologies, including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and connecting Dynamics CRM with external systems.
Knowledge of Databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server, including schema design, queries, and performance optimization.
Hands-on experience working with Web Services and cloud-based services within the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and produce clear documentation.
Robust problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in an in office team workplace.
Prior experience with Dynamics 365 customizations, Power Apps, and Power Automate is a plus.
Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are highly beneficial.
