Sales Intern – US IT & Non-IT Recruitment

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month + Incentives

About the Role

Facultyzone Talent Acquisition is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Intern to support our US IT & Non-IT recruitment business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and identify potential US-based clients in IT and Non-IT sectors.
Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other business development activities.
Understand client hiring requirements and explain FZTA's recruitment services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand and communicate client requirements.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.




Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Support day-to-day sales and business development operations.

Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive convincing and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable communicating with US-based clients.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Willingness to work in the US shift (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST).
Willingness to work from office in Ranchi.
Freshers and candidates with relevant internship/sales experience can apply.
Candidates interested in Sales, Business Development, Recruitment, IT, or Non-IT staffing are preferred.
