Ranka Jewellers – Sales Associate / Retail Associate

Location: Kharadi, Pune
Enthusiastic, customer-focused, and result-oriented Sales Associates / Retail Associates to join our retail team at our Kharadi, Pune location.

Candidates with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service are welcome. Previous experience in sales, retail, or the jewellery industry is preferred, but freshers are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences, requirements, and budget.
Explain product features, designs, collections, pricing, and other relevant details.
Guide customers throughout the purchase process and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain proper product displays and visual merchandising standards.
Handle customer queries, billing support, and coordinate after-sales services.
Stay updated with new jewellery collections, designs,



trends, and product knowledge.
Ensure a professional, welcoming, and premium customer experience at all times.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
Graduation in any discipline will be an added advantage.
Prior experience in sales, retail, customer service, or jewellery sales is preferred.
Jewellery retail experience will be considered an added advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred; billing software experience is a plus.
