Position: Executive – Product Master
Department: Product / Operations / ERP
Location: Trezure Casa - Chamunda Complex (Furniture Market), Thane.

We’re looking to hire for this role on a 3-month tenure initially. Based on performance and mutual fit during this period, we would explore the possibility of transitioning the role into a full-time position in the future.

Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain accurate Furniture Product Master in Excel/ERP.
Collect and organize product information such as Product Name, Category, Brand, Model No., Colour, Size, Material, Dimensions, Finish, Supplier, Cost, Selling Price, and SKU.
Standardize product naming, codes, specifications, and attributes across products.
Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Warehouse, Accounts, and Suppliers to collect missing or incorrect information.
Upload/update product master data in ERP and ensure proper mapping of categories, units, variants, and inventory details.
Maintain product images, catalogues, specifications, and supporting documents.
Regularly check and correct duplicate, incomplete,



or inconsistent master data.
Prepare product-master reports and support management with product data requirements.

Required Skills
Positive MS Excel knowledge, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, data validation, and basic data cleaning.
Basic Tally knowledge
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive understanding of furniture/product specifications is preferred.
Ability to handle large volumes of data and coordinate with multiple departments.
ERP experience, preferably ERPNext, will be an advantage.

Key Objective

To maintain a complete, accurate, standardized, and ERP-ready Furniture Product Master that can be reliably used by Sales, Purchase, Warehouse, Accounts, and Management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Bhiwandi, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
