Role & responsibilities : Drive targets for asset products like Business Loan Secured & Unsecured. Oversee KYC, loan processing, documentation, and disbursement while adhering to company policies and RBI regulations. Monitor EMI collections, track overdue accounts, and minimize non-performing assets. Coach, train, and manage sales officers, field staff, and operations personnel.
