Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls professionally.
Explain hospital services, doctors, specialties, and packages.
Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.
Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with concerned departments.
Maintain accurate call and lead records in CRM/HIMS.
Follow up with patients for appointment conversion.
Handle basic patient queries and escalate issues when required.
Achieve daily/monthly call, lead, and conversion targets.
Prepare regular reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and appointments.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
