Job Description – Civil Site Engineer

Position: Civil Site Engineer
Department: Projects / Construction
Location: Naugaon, Alwar
Experience: 3–7 Years

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
Execute work as per approved drawings, BOQ and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors and vendors.
Check quality of RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring, waterproofing and finishing works.
Prepare and verify site measurements, quantities and contractor bills.
Maintain records of material received, issued and consumed at site.
Monitor manpower, contractors and daily work progress.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
Check reinforcement, shuttering and concrete work before casting.
Ensure proper utilization of materials and control wastage.




Coordinate MEP and other services with civil works.
Ensure site safety, quality standards and proper housekeeping.
Conduct final inspection, snagging and handover of completed works.
Willing to travel and stay at project sites for extended periods whenever required.

Required Skills
Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Valuable knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, BOQ, quantity estimation and billing.
Robust understanding of construction drawings and site execution.
Ability to independently manage contractors, labour and site activities.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Preferred: Experience in villas, farmhouses, residential and infrastructure projects.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
