Role & responsibilities

Candidate will be based at their Indore Plant
Candidate will be responsible for leading overall Engineering & Maintenance operations and ensuring maximum plant uptime.
Candidate will be responsible for preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance with focus on MTBF, MTTR and OEE.
Candidate will be responsible for managing plant utilities including HVAC, electrical, DG, compressors, boilers and water systems.
Candidate will be responsible for equipment reliability, RCA, CAPA, TPM, Kaizen and continuous improvement.
Candidate will be responsible for Engineering CAPEX/OPEX, cost optimization and energy efficiency.
Candidate will be responsible for equipment installation, commissioning, qualification and validation.
Candidate will be responsible for GMP/GxP, GEP, GDP, Data Integrity, QMS, EHS and statutory compliance.
Candidate will be responsible for audit readiness and timely closure of observations.




Candidate will be responsible for vendor, contractor, AMC/CMC and critical spare management.
Candidate will be responsible for leading and developing the Engineering team.

Preferred candidate profile
Candidate should have B.Tech in Electrical OR Mechanical Engineering with solid experience in Pharmaceutical Plant Engineering & Maintenance.
Candidate should have expertise in Utilities, HVAC, Facility Management and Equipment Reliability.
Candidate should have knowledge of GMP/GxP, Qualification & Validation, RCA/CAPA and TPM/Kaizen.
Candidate should have experience in CAPEX/OPEX, vendor management and energy optimization.
Candidate should have robust leadership, team management, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
