Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for CT (Current Transformer) and PT (Potential Transformer) products.
Generate recent business opportunities and develop relationships with utilities, EPC companies, electrical contractors, panel manufacturers, OEMs, and industrial customers.
Identify and develop current markets, customers, dealers, and channel partners.
Handle enquiries, understand customer technical requirements, and coordinate with the technical team for suitable product solutions.
Prepare and submit quotations, commercial offers, and technical proposals in coordination with the concerned departments.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, and payments.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
Conduct market research to understand competitors, pricing, customer requirements, and industry trends.




Develop and implement product promotion and brand-building activities.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, customer meetings, and industry events.
Coordinate with production, design, quality, dispatch, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Track sales targets, prepare MIS reports, and provide regular updates to management.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and marketing targets.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
Manage and expand the dealer/distributor network where applicable.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing/sales in the electrical or power equipment industry.
Experience in CT, PT, Current Transformer, Potential Transformer, Instrument Transformer, or related electrical products will be highly preferred.
