About the Role

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role is ideal for a CA fresher looking to build a strong career in financial reporting, accounting, Ind AS, IGAAP, and financial analysis within a structured corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
Support preparation and review of financial statements and management reports.
Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
Ensure accurate accounting and reporting in accordance with Ind AS, IGAAP, and applicable accounting policies.
Support preparation of accounting schedules, reconciliations, and financial reporting packs.
Assist in analysing financial data and identifying variances and trends.
Support internal and statutory audit activities by providing required information and documentation.
Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable statutory and financial reporting requirements.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting and reporting-related queries.




Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and control.
Maintain appropriate documentation and ensure adherence to internal financial controls and company policies.

Key Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of Accounting, Ind AS and IGAAP.
Valuable knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and willingness to learn financial systems/ERP tools.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Solid learning agility and a proactive approach to work.

Education & Experience
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Freshers can apply.
