Role Description
As an Accounts & Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities along with purchase coordination, vendor management, bill verification, and maintaining proper accounting and purchase records.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
Prepare and verify bills, invoices and vouchers
Coordinate purchase requirements with Site and other departments
Obtain quotations and compare prices from suppliers
Prepare purchase orders and follow up with vendors
Verify supplier and subcontractor bills
Maintain purchase and project-wise expense records
Process authorized payments and maintain petty cash
Coordinate with Site, Accounts and Management teams
Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory requirements
Maintain proper accounting and purchase documentation
Preferred Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
2–5 years of experience in Accounts & Purchase
Experience in real estate / construction preferred
Good knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel
Valuable vendor coordination and negotiation skills
Positive communication and documentation skills
Robust attention to detail and accuracy
