Job Description:
End-to-end project experience on CP4I and OpenShift (OCP) from development through production deployment.
Solid understanding of IBM MQ architecture and design within CP4I.
Solid expertise in resource sizing (CPU and memory) for components such as ACE Integration Runtimes, Queue Managers, and APIC pods, with the ability to make informed sizing decisions.
Experience in resource management for applications deployed as static or shared libraries.
Proficiency in defining CP4I storage strategies to achieve optimal performance, availability, and resilience.
Good knowledge of external client communication approaches — with respect to design and configuration of secure connectivity between external systems and CP4I components.
Hands-on experience with DataPower and API Connect (APIC) configuration within CP4I.
Robust understanding of deployment architecture and rollout strategies for HA for MQ, ACE, and APIC.
Hands-On with CI/CD best practices and the ability to recommend and implement the most suitable tools and technologies for Cloud Pak settings.
Good knowledge of handling Java dependencies within ACE runtimes on CP4I.
