Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to support the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the Company. The role is well-suited for fresh graduates or early-career professionals with robust fundamentals in bookkeeping and hands-on familiarity with Tally. You will work closely with the Director and the Finance function to ensure accurate records, timely invoicing, and smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities




Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping in Tally and supporting systems.
Handle invoice processing, billing, and GST-compliant documentation for clients and vendors.
Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable — follow-ups, payment processing, aging reports.
Perform data entry with accuracy and maintain organized physical and digital documentation.
Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
Coordinate with external consultants (CA, auditor) during audits and statutory filings.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory return preparation under supervision.
Support project-level cost tracking, expense reporting, and reimbursement processing.
Perform other accounting-related functions as required by the Finance team.
