Mother Teacher (Pre-Primary )

About the Role

is looking for a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic Mother Teacher to join our Pre-Primary . The ideal candidate will create a warm, engaging, and child-centered classroom where young learners can develop academically, socially, emotionally, and creatively.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences for Nursery, LKG, or UKG students.
Create a protected, nurturing, and stimulating classroom workplace.
Foster children's cognitive, language, social, emotional, and physical development.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and classroom activities aligned with the early years curriculum.
Observe, assess, and maintain records of students' progress and development.
Build positive relationships with parents through regular communication and feedback.
Encourage creativity, curiosity, confidence, and positive values in children.
Ensure the safety, well-being,



and discipline of students at all times.
Participate actively in school events, parent meetings, and career development programmes.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and school leadership to deliver high-quality early childhood education.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), Montessori, or an equivalent qualification.
B.Ed. is an added advantage.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a pre-primary school is preferred.
Freshers with relevant qualifications and a passion for early childhood education are encouraged to apply.
