Position Details:
Role: Assistant Manager Maintenance - Electrical
Experience: 8–12 Years
Location: Pithampur, Sector 1, Madhya Pradesh
Package: ₹15–18 LPA
Reporting To: AGM – Engineering
Industry: Food Manufacturing
Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Pharma Experience: Not Required / Pharma experience will not be considered

Key Responsibilities:
Lead electrical design, development, installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
Manage electrical projects from concept to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
Diagnose electrical faults and conduct root-cause analysis with corrective and preventive actions.
Handle troubleshooting of electrical equipment such as Contactors, Connectors, SMPS, SSR, Relays, VFDs, PLCs, Terminal Blocks, and related hardware.
Prepare and implement preventive and periodic maintenance schedules to minimize breakdowns.
Maintain electrical panels, packing machines, process equipment, utilities, solar systems (if applicable), fabrication equipment,



and other plant electrical systems.
Ensure timely availability and proper inventory of engineering spares and consumables.
Prepare and understand Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) for existing systems and recent projects.
Prepare BOMs, cost estimates, technical specifications, drawings, and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
Lead and mentor junior engineers and technicians and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Maintain preventive maintenance records and other engineering documentation.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, safety, and cost optimization.
Use AutoCAD and other relevant electrical design tools for engineering activities.
