About the Role

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, AMC, and technical support at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
Installation and commissioning of automation and control systems.
Handle service calls, troubleshooting, and AMC activities.
Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, SCADA, control panels, sensors, and instrumentation.
Provide technical support and customer training.
Coordinate with internal teams and manage assigned service visits.
Prepare service reports and follow up until issue resolution.
Support SOP development and service-quality improvement.

Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation,



or Automation Engineering.
2+ years of experience in Industrial Automation, Field Service, Installation & Commissioning, or Maintenance.
Valuable knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, Control Panels, Sensors, and Instrumentation.
Robust troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to independently handle site activities.
Willingness to travel to customer locations.

Preferred: Experience in installation, commissioning, AMC, automation troubleshooting, control panels, or process-control systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
