The chance

The position is for a team within EY Global Delivery Services (GDS). The candidate will support global social media and marketing teams by delivering performance-driven insights, analytics, and measurement frameworks across social media and influencer programs. The role focuses on analyzing campaign performance, deriving actionable insights, and optimizing strategies to enhance engagement, ROI, and brand impact. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and global counterparts to ensure data-led decision making and continuous performance improvement.

Your key responsibilities
Connect with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and define measurement frameworks and KPIs
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media and influencer campaign performance across platforms
Convert complex datasets into actionable insights, recommendations, and executive-ready reports (PowerPoint storytelling)
Track and evaluate performance metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions,



and ROI
Develop data-driven optimization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and audience targeting
Build dashboards and performance reports using social media analytics tools
Conduct social listening and competitive benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders and cross-functional teams based on performance data
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in reporting and analytics deliverables
Collaborate with marketing, content, and influencer teams to align performance insights with business goals
