Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely and quality hiring.
Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to attract top-tier specialists.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using multiple recruitment channels.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and niche roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions.
Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding processes.
Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Conduct market research on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and industry insights.
Utilize HR analytics to track recruitment performance and improve hiring efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.
Experience working in non-IT sectors (Required), R&D; firms,



or the manufacturing industry.
Expertise in hiring for niche roles, including technical and specialized positions.
Solid knowledge of sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and employer branding.
Hands-on experience with job portals, social media recruiting, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize recruitment processes and reduce hiring timelines. Master’s degree in Human Resources, MSW (Preferred) , or a related field.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
