Key Responsibilities

Identify and source new real estate projects and development opportunities* across Pune and surrounding markets.

Build and maintain a solid network of developers, landowners, investors, architects, consultants and industry contacts*.

* Generate leads through market networking, references, direct outreach, industry events and other channels.

* Understand the developer's requirements and identify prospects that fit the firm's business model.

Conduct preliminary assessment of projects based on location, product, developer profile, project size, pricing and market potential*.

* Coordinate with the internal sales, marketing and leadership teams for project evaluation.





* Arrange and participate in meetings with developers and landowners.

* Prepare basic project chance notes and presentations for internal review.

Negotiate and coordinate discussions related to sales mandates, channel partnerships and other business opportunities*.

* Maintain a database/pipeline of prospective projects and ensure regular follow-ups.

* Track opportunities from initial sourcing to closure and onboarding.

Keep updated with real estate market trends, upcoming developments, micro-markets and competitor activity.
