Role Overview

The Senior Manager – HR will be responsible for leading and managing the overall HR function across ICE offices. The role includes designing HR policies and systems, managing the complete employee lifecycle, driving performance management processes, overseeing HR operations, managing HR systems, and providing data-driven HR insights to leadership.

The role requires a structured and proactive HR leader who can build strong HR frameworks, ensure governance, and support the organization through effective people management practices.
