We are looking for an experienced and technically robust Plant & Production Manager to lead our transformer manufacturing operations, improve production efficiency, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete transformer manufacturing and production activities from material planning to final dispatch.
Plan daily, weekly and monthly production schedules according to customer orders and delivery commitments.
Supervise production teams, engineers, technicians, operators and shop-floor manpower.
Manage manufacturing of Power Transformers, Distribution Transformers, Inverter Duty Transformers, Auxiliary Transformers and related products.
Ensure production as per approved GA drawings, technical specifications, BOM,



quality plans and manufacturing procedures.
Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Testing and Dispatch departments.
Monitor production capacity, manpower utilization, machine utilization and material consumption.
Control production losses, rejection, rework and manufacturing wastage.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of production machinery, tools, testing equipment and plant facilities.
Implement 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and continuous improvement practices.
Ensure compliance with applicable BIS/IEC standards, CEA requirements and customer specifications.
Coordinate with the Quality Control/Testing team for routine and type tests.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain production records, MIS reports, production KPIs and management reports.
