Job Title: Business Development Associate (B2C Sales)
Location: Calicut, Kerala
Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers can apply)
Key Responsibilities:
Contact and counsel prospective students/customers.
Convert leads into enrollments through effective follow-ups.
Handle objections and guide candidates through the admission process.
Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the onboarding team for a smooth customer experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Valuable communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Sales, telecalling, or customer service experience is preferred.
Target-oriented with solid interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
