Job Purpose:

The HR Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team in candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and recruitment operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and talent acquisition practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, social media platforms, and internal databases.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
Screen resumes based on job requirements and eligibility criteria.
Conduct initial telephonic interactions with candidates to assess interest and availability.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Track candidate status and maintain recruitment records.

Recruitment Operations
Update and maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support campus hiring and walk-in recruitment drives.
Assist in preparing recruitment reports and MIS.




Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Eligibility Criteria
MBA/PGDM (HR) pursuing or recently completed.
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
