Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, provide product/service information, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and other inquiries.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information and solutions.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and within the required time.
Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, payments, complaints, and service requests.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Dispatch, and other departments for customer-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and follow-ups.
Provide product/service information and guide customers regarding available options.
Take customer feedback and share key feedback with the concerned department.




Ensure timely follow-up until the customer's issue is completely resolved.
Maintain a qualified and polite relationship with customers.
Prepare daily/weekly customer service reports when required.
Perform other customer-care-related activities assigned by management.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Polite, patient, and customer-friendly attitude.
Good Gujarati and Hindi communication; basic English communication preferred.
Basic computer knowledge, MS Office, WhatsApp, and email handling.
Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience

0–3 years of experience in Customer Care, Telecalling, Customer Support, or a similar role preferred. Freshers can also apply.
