Key Responsibilities
Translate emails, documents, proposals, and client requirements between Russian & English.
Interpret conversations during client meetings, video conferences, and business calls.
Support the Business Development (BD) Team in managing Russian clients.
Communicate client requirements, feedback, and concerns accurately to internal teams.
Assist in preparing translated presentations, recruitment documents, and correspondence.
Support recruitment coordination wherever language assistance is required.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all translations and interpretations.
Build strong and professional relationships with international clients.
Candidate Requirements
Excellent command of Russian & English written and spoken
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory for candidates with strong language proficiency
Russian language certification/formal education will be an advantage
Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Professional attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Freshers with excellent Russian proficiency are encouraged to apply
