Triloke is looking for a Creative Lead who can lead ideas and design across branding, digital, film, social, campaigns, events, and everything in between.

You’ll work on brands across tech, luxury, lifestyle, F&B;, startups, employer branding, and culture-led campaigns.

Knowledge of Adobe suite is a must.

What You’ll Do
Lead creative thinking and design across campaigns, brands, films, social media, and experiences
⁠Build solid concepts, narratives, and visual directions
⁠Work closely with strategy, content, design, film, and client teams
⁠Present ideas confidently to clients and leadership
⁠Mentor designers, writers, editors, and emerging creatives

Who We’re Looking For:
5–10+ years in an agency
⁠Solid portfolio across branding, campaigns, digital, or films
⁠Someone who understands culture, design, storytelling, and attention
⁠Ability to think strategically - not just aesthetically
⁠Rapid, cooperative, detail-obsessed
⁠Bonus if you’ve worked on tech, luxury, hospitality, or disruptive brands
⁠Someone who can create pitch decks
⁠Understand that creativity should also drive business
